EAA needs members to review a product used when wiring an aircraft.  To volunteer, simply click the green "reply" button below and say you want to volunteer.  I’ll be selecting the testers (randomly) on 5/9/2011 and closing this thread at that time.  If you are selected, I will send an email with the details.

Requirements to participate in this test:

  • You will be working on some wiring in the next 30 days.
  • You have time to test the product.
  • You must complete a short product review after using the product.
  • You must be an EAA member.
  • You get to keep the product after you are done reviewing it.

We’ll be having other opportunities to test products coming up so keep checking back to www.oshkosh365.org forums for more posts.  You’ll see the outcome of this test work in an upcoming issue of Sport Aviation under Member Tested.

If we select your review comments for the Member Tested section of the magazine, we will print your name unless you request otherwise.

Thanks for volunteering,

Charlie Becker

Thanks!

It's me again.  I didn't break the last widget you sent me, so if you want to try your luck with this gadget send it my way.

I'm at the panel wiring stage - intimidating for sure.  The EAA wiring weekend gave me the confidence to tackle it, and a new tool would be welcome.

If rewiring the radio stack in an older C-172 would provide the right kind of environment to test your latest wiring widget, then I'd be glad to help.  Rick Putnam

I'm currently doing a rewire and conversion to "glass" panel in a Quickie Q1. I've got to completely rewire the plane.
